Order & Delivery Support

For order status, tracking, delivery delays, missing items, or incorrect items, please email us with your order number and the email address or phone number used at checkout.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and outer packaging. Once verified, we will help with a replacement or refund according to our Returns Policy.

For questions about ingredients, storage, usage, or product suitability, contact us before placing an order. Food products should be stored as directed on the product label.

Payments & Refunds

If you face a payment issue or need refund status, email us with your order number and payment details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
