These terms govern purchases from NEUTOOFIT. By using this store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and information

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Packaging, colour and presentation may vary slightly. Ingredients, allergen information, nutrition, batch, manufacture date, expiry date and MRP printed on the product pack should be checked before consumption.

Orders and payment

Orders are subject to acceptance, availability and successful payment authorization. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be confirmed, an address is not serviceable or fraud is suspected. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Prices

Prices and applicable shipping charges are shown before payment. We may correct pricing or listing errors before dispatch.

Shipping

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Customers must provide accurate delivery and contact details.

Food products, returns and refunds

NEUTOOFIT products are food and consumable items. Delivered products are non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene and food-safety reasons, whether opened or unopened. Damaged, missing or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 48 hours. After verification, replacement is offered first; a refund is provided only if replacement is unavailable or required by law. See our Return & Refund Policy.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
