Products & Pricing

  • All products are subject to availability.
  • Displayed product prices are inclusive of applicable GST and may change without notice.
  • We work to keep product descriptions, prices, and images accurate, but errors may occur.
  • Customers should review the product package for ingredients, allergens, nutrition, storage, net quantity, and other label information before use.

Orders & Payments

  • Placing an order indicates acceptance of the prices and policies shown at checkout.
  • We may cancel or refuse an order where necessary, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or an undeliverable address.
  • Payment must be completed using an available checkout method unless Cash on Delivery is offered for the order.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary because of courier or other external factors.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.

Cancellations

An order may be cancelled or modified only before dispatch. Once dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • All NEUTOOFIT products are food and consumable items. For hygiene and food-safety reasons, delivered products are non-returnable and non-refundable, whether opened or unopened.
  • Change-of-mind, taste, preference, and wrong-item ordering requests are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Damaged, missing, or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 48 hours with the order number and clear photos of the shipping label, outer packaging, and affected product.
  • After verification, the normal remedy is a replacement. A refund is provided only if a replacement is unavailable or where required by applicable law.
