Returns

Because our products are food and consumable items, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered, except where the product received is damaged, missing, or incorrect.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email us at info@neutoofit.com with your order number, checkout email or phone number, clear photos of the product and outer packaging, and a short description of the issue.

After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the issue and product availability.

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To request cancellation, email info@neutoofit.com as soon as possible with your order number.
