Returns
Due to the nature of our products (food and consumables), we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. This policy is in place to ensure safety, hygiene, and quality standards for all our customers.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We understand that issues may occasionally occur during transit. If you receive:
- A damaged product
- An incorrect item
- A missing item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging

Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
