Return & Refund Policy

All NEUTOOFIT products are food and consumable items. For hygiene, safety and quality-control reasons, products delivered to customers are non-returnable and non-refundable, whether opened or unopened.

No change-of-mind returns

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, taste or flavour preference, ordering the wrong item, or no longer wanting the product.

Damaged, missing or incorrect delivery

If your order arrives damaged, has an item missing, or contains an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or video of the shipping box, label and affected product.

After verification, we will offer a replacement first. A refund will be provided only when a replacement is unavailable or where required by applicable law.

Order cancellation

Cancellation requests can be accepted only before the order is dispatched. Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
