At NEUTOOFIT, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the nature of food and nutrition products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

Returns may be accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged.
  • The product received is defective.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed only after we review and approve your return or issue claim.

If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

Replacement

In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Items reported after 48 hours of delivery
  • Products purchased during clearance, special offers, or promotional sales, unless defective or incorrect

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
