Estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier service availability. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, or other external factors.

Shipping Charges

We offer free standard shipping on prepaid orders above ₹699 within India. For orders below ₹699, any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.

If Cash on Delivery, expedited delivery, or any special delivery method is available for your order, the applicable fee and estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout before you place the order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or through the order status page, depending on the available shipping method.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and phone number at checkout. NEUTOOFIT is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incomplete or incorrect customer details.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@neutoofit.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
