Limited-Time Free Delivery

Standard delivery is free on all serviceable India orders through 31 August 2026. No minimum purchase is required during this promotion.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within India. If your location is not serviceable at checkout, contact us at info@neutoofit.com before placing an order.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability. Sundays, public holidays, weather, courier delays, and other external factors may affect these estimates.

Shipping Charges

During the limited-time offer through 31 August 2026, standard delivery is free on all serviceable India orders. From 1 September 2026, standard delivery is free on orders of ₹699 or more; a ₹99 standard delivery charge applies below ₹699. If Cash on Delivery or another special delivery method is available, any applicable fee is shown before the order is placed.

Prices and Taxes

Product prices displayed on neutoofit.com are inclusive of applicable GST. Your final order total and any applicable delivery charge are shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, tracking details may be shared by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or on the order status page, depending on the shipping method.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and phone number at checkout. NEUTOOFIT is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incomplete or incorrect customer details.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If an order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@neutoofit.com with the order number and clear photos of the shipping label, outer packaging, and affected product. Keep the product and packaging until the claim is resolved.
